I understand that my deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. All of my attendees are over 18 years of age. I am responsible for the confirmed total for the headcount I give 1 week prior to my party date at confirmation call/text/email. If my group stays more than 10 minutes after the party end time, an additional fee will be added at the rate of $65 per half hour. I understand that if my party has spills/excessive mess, I will be charged a $50 cleaning fee. Any attendees that are intoxicated will not be allowed to participate.
